A nurse or member of our emergency team will ask you about your health problem and complete your registration. Basic information, like name, DOB and insurance policy information will be needed.

Nurse will schedule your Tele-ER visit with an ER provider. If available, please keep a thermometer, blood pressure cuff and heart rate monitor nearby.

We use a secure version of platform called Zoom for Tele-ER visits.

• If using a laptop or desktop, you will click on a link that the nurse shares at the time of your appointment or enter the meeting ID at https://zoom.us/join.
• If using a smartphone or table (like an iPad), you will download the Zoom app and enter the meeting ID at the time of your appointment.
