Group Chief Human Resources Officer

Stephanie Talley is Baptist Health System’s Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Chief HR Officer at Northeast Baptist Hospital. Stephanie leads Human Resources for our hospitals in San Antonio, New Braunfels, the Rio Grande Valley and Nacogdoches, Texas.

Stephanie joined our parent company, Tenet Healthcare, in 1993 and has served in multiple leadership roles throughout the organization. Becker’s Hospital Review named Stephanie to their list of “70 African American Leaders in Healthcare to Know” in 2019 & 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, North Carolina and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
