Rebekah Herrmann Batot serves as the Group Compliance and Privacy Officer for Tenet’s Texas markets. Batot has served in various contracts and compliance roles. Batot provides oversight of the compliance program, including monitoring and auditing internal controls and policies and procedures to ensure adherence to Federal, State and Regulatory requirements. She received her undergraduate and law degrees from Texas Tech University and practiced law until 2018, when she joined Tenet full time.
