The best kept secret in the Medical Center may be St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital. The hospital has been quietly undergoing a metamorphosis - with amazing results. Efforts to create the ideal patient experience are working, with patient satisfaction scores that rank number one among the hospital’s 16 sister facilities across the country. The hospital is the only Accredited Chest Pain Center in the Medical Center with Door to Balloon times under 60-minutes, beating the 90-minute national average. St. Luke’s continues to be the only hospital in the Medical Center offering minimally-invasive robotic surgery, offering patients an alternative when facing many cardiac, urological and gynecological surgeries.

Growth and Expansion
A recently expanded Intensive Care Unit includes 30 beds, each with its own private area for families. The hospital is undergoing Operating Room expansion, and Medical Unit renovation. A new Computerized Radiology System, PACU and 64-slice CT Scanner are coming soon. A new Telemetry Department and VIP suites have been added to the hospital, and a beautiful new lobby and admitting area greets patients and guests as they enter the hospital.
