The Outpatient Diabetes Self-Management Training Program is a two-day, 10-hour course designed to help you take control of your diabetes. The goal of the program is to help each individual with diabetes make the lifestyle changes necessary to improve diabetes control and preserve future health.
Free to Baptist Health System patients who register within 3 months of their stay!

- Blood Glucose Monitoring
